What CertFresh is right now
CertFresh is in development. This page and the early access sign-up form are the only active parts of the service. By signing up, you're asking to be notified when we launch — nothing more.
No certification is being issued, no payment is being collected, and no employer services are active. Those will be covered under updated terms when the product launches.
Using this site
You may use certfresh.com for its intended purpose: learning about the product and signing up for early access. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the site or its form submission service
- Use automated tools to submit forms or probe the site
We reserve the right to disregard or remove any submission we believe violates these terms.
No warranties
This site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee that it will be available at all times, free of errors, or that the product will launch on any particular schedule. Being on the early access list doesn't guarantee access, pricing, or any specific feature set.
To the extent permitted by law, CertFresh makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding this site or the future product.
Intellectual property

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law. We'll try to work things out directly first — email hello@certfresh.com.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
