What we collect
When you sign up for early access on certfresh.com, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, your role (food handler or employer), your US state, and — for employers — your company name and team size.
We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this coming-soon page. The only data we have is what you give us directly.
How we use it
Your information is used for one thing: to notify you when CertFresh launches. We use your role selection to send you relevant information — workers get updates about the course, employers get updates about the compliance dashboard.
We won't use your email for anything unrelated to CertFresh, and we won't add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Who sees your data
We use Formspree to process form submissions. Your submission is stored in their system and forwarded to our team email. Formspree's privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit.
We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. Period.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Send an email to privacy@certfresh.com with your request and we'll remove you from the list within 5 business days.
You can also request a copy of the information we hold about you using the same email address.
